We want to offer you the best customer care possible. That being said;

Returns & Exchanges:

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges because all items are made to order and/or personalized. Be sure to look over the size charts with measurements before making a purchase. If you have any additional questions about anything, please reach out via email or our social media pages.

Shipping:

Orders will take about a week to be made because they are all handmade. We have a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99 for USPS First Class mail which can take 3-5 business days.

After your package is dropped off into USPS hands, we will no longer have control over it. Please keep an eye on tracking numbers and arrival dates to insure its whereabouts.
